The Pineapple situation has not improved since February.

Pineapple flesh – Prices remain high, coupled with no signs of decrease in raw material pricing. Pineapple flesh product shouldn’t be a problem to cope with demand. However, high price may cause less consumption.

Pineapple core – The situation looks bad, with no signs of improvement in the near future. The shortage with limited quantity of core will last until March 2015. Therefore, higher demands mean higher prices.

For another pineapple crop during April-June, farmers still cannot confirm whether the crop will be larger, as we need to see how the weather will affect crop size. We expect by February we should have more information.

Papaya Natural Red – The season suffered a one month delay. However season will end in January. This is the same as usual year crop.

Currently the cost of raw material has already surged. Therefore, due to season shortage and raw material available during season so far is quite limited. We may face some shortage of Papaya in the year 2015.

Quality of Papaya this year, deep red will be less available. Majority of Papaya will be natural red. We expect later on some price increase may be visible.

During the end of January, we should know the exact quantity available on Papaya and the pricing for 2015.

Mango – The small crop has already finished, and we should have enough raw material until the new crop starts in late March – early April.

Cantaloupe – Stable price season has nearly finished, coupled with a stable price. Next crop will be during March-April.

Strawberry – As we control the quality of Strawberry intensely this year. We expect that strawberry should be of satisfactory and consistent quality compared to last year. Strawberry prices are higher compared to last year mainly due to raw material price increases.

Peach – The season is finished, and we reserved same quantity as last year. The price is stable.

Kiwi, Apple and Pear – The season have finished. We reserve raw material with same quantity as last year. There has been a little increase of raw material price but we keep the same selling price as last year’s season.

Rambutan – The season has finished. We only offer limited quantity for this item this year. Please check demand before confirming  order.
