Company profile;
We are an international trading company based in Edinburgh, selling dried fruit, nuts & seeds. Established since 1991, our core business involves the procurement of niche food commodities from across the globe which we distribute to our extensive customer base throughout Europe and beyond.
Job Description;
The position will be to join the trading team. Over time it is expected that the candidate will have the desire to grow their career by developing new sales routes and/or introduce new product lines independently.
The candidate would be encouraged to visit customers and have the confidence to represent our company on their own.
Travelling to origin suppliers could also be expected.
Essential:
- Fluent in a European language additional to English.
- Previous experience in customer relations.
- The ability to use your own initiative and be proactive.
- The ability to organise and prioritise your own workload accordingly.
- Happy to work in a team.
- Be passionate, energetic and focused!
- Proficiency in MS Office programmes
